Air Testing Technician

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Holds a Full UK driving license
Level 1 or Level 2 ATTMA certification
Proficient in key modelling and IT software packages
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Thorough understanding of building regulations and construction industry guidelinesDuties/Reasonability

Active involvement with construction site teams
Advising clients on the appropriate remedial options in case of failure
Analysing and interpreting results during testing
Creating compliance reports after the testing process
Effective communication with clients and site agents
Identifying potential issues and/or weaknesses in the building design
