Job Title: Hospitality Assessor / Trainer (FOH) Trainee or Qualified

Full training and support will be given to candidates to achieve the Level 3 Award in Education and Training

Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel throughout Yorkshire and surrounding areas

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (Depending on qualifications)

Essential Criteria:

Must have experience of working within Hospitality (Front of House) at Deputy Manager level or above - ideally within an outlet setting, though this isn't essential. 
Experience of delivering on-the-job training would be highly desirable. 
Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.
Duties include:

Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality up to Level 3 (Front of House specialisms).
Delivering via a blended learning approach (Remote / Face to Face).
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.Personal Skills:

Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
