Assistant Yard Manager in Northfleet - CV-Library

We are currently looking for an Assistant Yard Manager for our client based in Northfleet.

This is a full-time role paying £30 to £35k per annum depending on experience. A yearly salary increase for the first 5 years and a performance bonus is offered.

This is a Monday to Friday role working on day shift.

Duties

Oversee and coordinate the colleagues on Shift
Manage Yard Operations
Report to the Yard Manager
Ensure targets are met.
Monitor staff performance.
Maintain the H&S levels on site.
Liaise with other departments of the business.

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
FLT Counterbalance licence would be an advantage but not a must.
