Commercial Property Solicitor - hybrid

Leading regional firm is looking for an additional commercial property solicitor to join its Hertfordshire firm. We are looking for candidates with 3-5yrs experience in property. Opportunity to join a busy department and work on London Work as well.

The role:

* General commercial property work.

* Work will include landlord and tenant, freehold and leasehold investment properties, commercial property development matters

* The team also provides support to the corporate team with property related matters on occasion

* Clients range from SMEs to large corporates and public institutions

The candidate:

* Probably c3-5 years PQE in general commercial property, including the areas mentioned above (though applicants outside these levels will also be considered)

* Knowledge or direct experience of the commercial property market in the Hertfordshire area would be a distinct advantage

* A demonstrable interest in marketing and business development is desirable, as this will form part of the role.
