Reporting directly to the Group Financial Director, you'll lead our Credit Control team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure success.
What You'll Do:

As Credit Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the finance operations, with responsibilities including:

Leading the Credit Control team and providing training and support.
Overseeing customer credit ratings and credit insurance.
Producing weekly aged debtor reports and reporting on KPIs.
Liaising with invoice finance companies and ensuring timely paperwork submission.
Collaborating with account managers to address escalated issues.
Developing a succession plan to groom future talent within the team.
What You'll Bring:

Proven experience in credit management, including team management.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
A track record of success in similar roles.
Ideally a recognised credit management qualification (MICM).
