Job Description:
As a CNC Turner, your primary responsibility will be to program and operate CNC lathes with Fanuc controls to create precision components for the oil and gas sector. You will also perform cylindrical grinding to achieve exact measurements and refined surface finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc controls to produce precision-turned components.

* Perform cylindrical grinding as required to achieve precise dimensions and surface finishes.

* Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications for accurate production.

* Conduct quality checks to ensure all components meet industry standards and client requirements.

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC lathes and grinding equipment.

* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

* Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Proven experience as a CNC Turner with Fanuc programming expertise.

* Experience with cylindrical grinding and other related precision machining processes.

* Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and technical specifications.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.

* Experience in a subcontract engineering environment, especially in the oil and gas sector, is preferred.
