This is great opportunity for an individual who is looking for a diverse administration role as a Service Administrator, this is working for a successful organisation with longstanding employees who always look to recruit within. You will be responsible for managing the day to day activities of the service department, managing engineers workload, communicate with customers and ensuring all relevant paperwork is up to date.

Responsibilities:

First point of call for all in-bound calls
Communicate to customers and suppliers via phone call and email
Making sure calls are answered in a timely manner
Manage service requests
The efficient planning of all engineers and workloads
Making sure service job reports are sent in daily
Always being proactive when engineers need support
Working closely with the Regional Service ManagersWhat we are looking for:

Can manage a high workload and work well under pressure
Able to action in a customer centric manner
Excellent communication
Be able to follow processes with high attention to detail
