Job Description

Responsibilities:

* Efficiently manage day-to-day financial data entry to ensure accuracy and completeness.

* Oversee credit control processes to maintain healthy cash flow and minimize outstanding debts.

* Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

* Handle client billing procedures professionally and efficiently.

* Act as the primary point of contact for external accountants, ensuring clear communication and timely provision of necessary financial information.

* Prepare and present management reports and accounts to provide insights into the company's financial performance.

* Reconcile multiple accounts regularly to maintain accurate financial records.

* Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

* Manage auto-enrolment pension schemes effectively, ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping.

* Assist colleagues as needed in various tasks; operating as a small team where everyone contributes to overall success.

About You

* Experience working in a role with similar responsibilities

* AAT Qualified or working towards AAT Level 4

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills

* Working knowledge or ERP systems and ability to utilise MS Office Applications

* Attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
