Finishing Foreman in Leeds - CV-Library

Thorn Baker Construction are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman ideally from a joinery background to work on a refurb project on apartments. Preference given to foreman that can provide references for work overseeing large construction sites having worked with large-contract based clients. You must have an in-date SMSTS, CSCS, and a First aid certificate to be eligible for this role. 

The Role:

As a Finishing Manager/Foreman you will be overseeing an apartment refurbishment:

Driving the completion of the works to company standard
Creating snagging lists
Holding progress meetings with the client and reporting directly to the company director.
Implementing H&S standards.
Holding Inductions.
Oversee housekeeping whilst running audits/inspections.
Management of Method/Risk assessments from subcontractors.
The Person 

You would ideally come from a joinery background that has already progressed into management and has SMSTS/CSCS.
You must have a first aid qualification.
You would ideally have experience with s.nagging/finishing
You will be commutable to Leeds. 
You will have strong customer and client facing skills.
You will have experience leading other tradesman.
