Regional HR Business Partner

We are a leading recruitment agency currently partnering with a private education provider who is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join the team.

As a Regional HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client on a range of campuses, working with senior teams to cover all aspects of HR management. Your responsibilities will include:

* Collaborating closely with campus stakeholders to prevent, manage, and resolve employee relations matters.

* Delivering a full range of generalist HR services to allocated sites throughout the employment lifecycle

* Leading HR policy review and updates in alignment with organizational goals

* Providing strategic HR support, including planning, project creation, and implementation.

* Managing a diverse caseload of complex HR matters and providing guidance and support on employee relations issues.

* Supporting recruitment and selection processes and assisting with staff induction and probation.

* Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and practices.

* Upholding and promoting our clients ethos and values in all areas of responsibility.

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes:

* Experience in a busy generalist HR role, including managing complex casework.

* Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and strong familiarity with HR policies and procedures.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work autonomously.

* A positive role model of professional practice and conduct, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

* A flexible and adaptable attitude towards work, with a commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.

* Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding principles and a commitment to promoting student welfare

* Travel throughout the North of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland is required
