Nursing Home Manager in Dunstable - CV-Library

I am seeking a Home Manager based in Bedfordshire for a large Nursing home with clinical experience (Ideally an active pin)
Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:
Overall day to day running of the Nursing Home.
Maintaining high standard of care for the residents and family members
Maintaining and keeping occupancy high, agency low and looking after compliance.
Maintaining ‘Good’ CQC and wants to strive towards an ‘Outstanding’.
To ensure the CQC and company policies are followed and adhered toHome Manager Requirements:
Clinical Knowledge – ideally an active pin
Demonstrated longevity.
Experience in high end luxury providers.
Commercially driven.
Good time and Organisation management.
Perviosuly worked within Large Nursing HomesBenefits:
Salary paying: £80,000 - £85,000 depending on experience.
25 days holiday + bank holidays
40 hours contract with flexible hours.
