As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely under the guidance of a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Here's what you can expect from the role:

Assisting in the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Supporting in the procurement process, including obtaining quotes, negotiating prices, and managing supplier contracts.
Assisting with cost analysis and cost control throughout the project lifecycle, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Handling documentation such as contracts, change orders, and payment certificates, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date.
Conducting site visits and liaising with project teams to gather relevant information for cost reporting and progress monitoring.
Assisting in the preparation of interim and final valuations, verifying work completed and assessing variations.
Utilising industry-standard software for quantity surveying tasks.
