IT Support Technician needed to provide IT tech support for a School based in Hull (East Yorkshire). DBS certificate required (Enhanced Disclosure).

A chance to join a leading IT managed services business specialising in providing IT support into the Education sector. Start ideally in May/June 2024.

Key experience + tasks will include:

Providing day-to-day IT support for Desktop PCs, Mobile Devices, Laptops, Chromebooks and Tablets. 

Peripheral Support for Printers, Scanners, Interactive Whiteboards, Projectors + Audio/Visual equipment. 

Wireless networking, troubleshooting, image build, deploy tools, Microsoft and Apple devices, Microsoft Windows, O365 and Google Workspace.

Strong customer-facing skills. Must be able to engage positively with client to ensure that technology delivers for the School.

Soft skills: proactive, organised, workload prioritisation, approachable, professional and problem solver.

DBS certificate (Enhanced Disclosure) and previous Schools / Education sector experience preferred.
