Job Summary:
CHR Recruitment is searching for a Leak Detection Specialist who will be responsible for providing optimal solutions to all leak detection requirements received by the Company in a cost-effective and profitable manner. This role involves conducting moisture surveys as necessary and contributing to the growth of the Company by staying abreast of new technologies and maintaining expertise in current techniques and procedures.

Requirement:

* Good general education with qualifications in English and Mathematics.

* Specialist knowledge in leak detection, technical (water damage restoration), moisture measurement, building investigation, plumbing, and thermography.

* Skills in technical areas such as psychometrics, electrical work, building/DIY, and customer care.

* Positive attitude with the ability to remain patient, disciplined, analytical, and methodical even under stress.

Responsibilities:

* Perform leak detection tasks covering all regions as required.

* Advance outstanding estimates and arrange meetings with prospective customers.

* Attend seminars, visits, and meetings as directed by the Leak Detection Manager.

* Assist technicians with technical issues regarding leak detection and provide coaching when necessary.

* Collaborate with the Leak Detection Manager on turnover and profit goals.

* Ensure equipment servicing adheres to quality procedures and manage purchasing requirements.

* Conduct moisture surveys and produce technical reports.

* Conduct trace & access of hidden pipe work.

* Perform calibration and repair work on all leak detection equipment
