Location: Cardiff, Wales
Salary:

Regular: £15.43 per hour
Bank Holiday: £30.86 per hour
Overtime: £23.15 per hour
Weekend: £23.15 per hour
Evening: £20.57 per hourKey Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive social work services to individuals and families in need, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions to support service users.
Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including health professionals, educators, and community resources, to deliver holistic support.
Advocate for the rights and interests of vulnerable individuals, ensuring they have access to necessary services and support networks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration (e.g., Social Work England, Social Care Wales).
Experience working in a social care setting, preferably within a local authority or similar environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals and communities.
Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to social work practice.
