What We`re Looking For:
" Minimum 1 year of supervisory or junior management experience in a quality hotel
" Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
" Customer-focused with a keen attention to detail
" Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
" Knowledge of health and safety regulations
" Personal Licence and First Aid certification
" Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities Include:
" Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
" Supporting all hotel departments to maintain smooth operations
" Ensuring the safety and security of guests and employees
" Undertaking ad hoc projects as assigned
" Continuously learning and promoting hotel services and amenities
