RM Medics are seeking the appointment of an International Medical Recruitment Manager to join our growing team of recruitment professionals. Key Responsibilities of the job role

* The 360 management of international recruitment projects for health and social personnel on behalf of our NHS clients.

* Develop and present specific project plans relevant to the requirements and services of our clients.

* Source and attract candidates for permanent clinical vacancies into the NHS.

* Full compliance with the Code of Practice for International Recruitment.

* Advertise international vacancies and coordinate bespoke recruitment events outside the UK.

* Liaise with the compliance department administrative services for candidate registration and pre-screening.

* Conduct initial face-to face interviews and manage constructive feedback.

* Manage the arrangements for the formal interviewing process on behalf of the client.

* Formulate job offers, confirmation and acceptance.

* Managing any OCSE training requirements.

* Manage all pre-arrival and post-arrival pastoral care of successful candidates to assist with their relocation and successful integration into the UK.

* Liaise with clients and agree on a range of KPIs which we can successfully meet.

* Create and maintain strong professional relationships.

* Maintain a workable record of communication that can be accessed to assist future opportunities.

* Prioritise workload to ensure premium service is delivered to clients and candidates.

To fulfil the requirements of this job, the ideal candidate must have;

* Recent experience working in the international recruitment sector for health and medical personnel into permanent positions within the NHS.

* Experience in planning an international recruitment project from beginning to end and being the main contact point for the client.

* Experience in how to attract and secure quality candidates from overseas.

* Confidence in presenting a sales pitch to clients, drafting recruitment project plans, and planning and executing effective candidate attraction strategies.

* In-depth knowledge of the Code of Practice for International Recruitments, visa requirements and sponsorship licences.

* Knowledge of the international medical market and the best countries to recruit from.

* An existing network of in-country partners to source relevant talent.

* Experience in managing pre-arrival and post-arrival pastoral care responsibilities in accordance with the Code of Conduct and Framework requirements.

* Ability to demonstrate “can-do” attitude with natural flair

* Able to self-manage and work under their own initiative

* Experienced in interpersonal and effective communication skills

* Ability to negotiate concisely and confidently

* Strong time management and organisational skills
