Deputy Manager required for an OUTSTANDING Ofsted registered children's home. Excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Support Worker or Deputy Manager to take a lead role within a fantastic, supportive and dynamic company. If you meet the below criteria please apply now!

Deputy Manager Role:
You will work under the guidance of the Home Manager to support and supervise a team of Residential and Senior Residential Support Workers to provide quality care to looked after children. You will be able to lead, motivate and enhance the skills of your team and be able to model professionalism and leadership skills. The young people display complex social, emotional and behavioural difficulties and associated challenging behaviours, and need guidance to develop their independence skills and ability to integrate in to society. You will be confident and able to step in to the manager’s shoes in their absence.
On average 40hrs a week – plus on-call duties Some weekend and evening work required to be part of routines and coworking with specific staff and covering shifts
Deputy Manager Criteria
• Diploma/ NVQ Level 3 in children and young people (or equivalent qualification) or above
• Senior experience of leading and developing others
• Excellent knowledge of requirements of role and ability to lead others
Desirable - Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare
Must be a driver due to the location of the service.
