Associate Mechanical Engineer

Ref:BM198

This is the exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate Mechanical Engineer to join a multidisciplined MEP consultancy who provide a holistic approach to the built environment. The successful candidate will join the team in Brighton and lead on a range of projects across all sectors.

Role responsibilities include:

Manage the mechanical engineering team and help provide technical solutions for projects
Work alongside existing client as well as bring in new business opportunities through referrals
Mentor the more junior members of the team and help develop their careers
Take the lead on sustainable and mechanical strategies for projects as well as ensuring the design of these projects meet quality standards.The ideal candidate will have:

Either working towards or have already achieved CIBSE chartership
Educational background within a Mechanical or Building Services Engineering field
Minimum 5 years' experience within a relevant role and the building services industry
Experience in taking the lead on multi-discipline projects as well as providing your expertise to an engineering team
