Our client is currently navigating a busy phase with a substantial number of sales orders requiring processing through SAP, in addition to a multitude of customer inquiries to manage. They are actively seeking an experienced Administrator with SAP expertise, specifically in the input of sales orders into the SAP system. The preferred candidate should excel in a high-pressure environment, possess effective interpersonal skills, and be adept at seamlessly integrating into the team to efficiently tackle the current workload. 

Role Details:

Opening and loading service orders into SAP.
Ordering spares for service visits.
Ordering parts from 3rd party suppliers & Raising purchase requisitions.
Communicating with other departments to understand lead times and parts availability for service requirements.
Managing logistics for parts needed for service interventions.
Assisting in managing of engineers van stock.
They are on the lookout for candidates with:

Experience with SAP or similar systems
Office based 
Directly related experience in a similar customer service environment
An eye for detail and general IT knowledge
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a pressurized environment.
