Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant
Salary: OTE £40,000 Y1, £60,000+ Y2 onwards
Location: Birchwood, Warrington

Key Responsibilities:

Excell in detailed competency interviews to meet client needs and company values.
Act as a knowledgeable business partner and embody the traits of a great recruiter.
Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives for an inclusive workplace culture.
Have a passion for Customer Service.
Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Building rapport with both candidates and clients.
