Job Description

Bouygues Energies & Services has an opportunity to join our team as a Quality Assurance Officer.

The successful candidate will work with the Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager to provide quality control and quality assurance support to ensure all Quality standards are met and monitored. This role will provide support in the process mapping and rebuilding of our processes and procedures and refining a digitised approach.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate and support the development of procedures/work instructions and training with regards to quality matters to ensure the company’s quality system requirements are understood, implemented and maintained.

* Work with internal stakeholders to process map internal procedures, ensuring current working practices match written processes and procedures.

* Assist in the development and build of the internal SharePoint system, ensuring accurate input of information and data to provide an easy to use Management System for the company.

* Provide on-going support in ensuring processes and documents are kept up to date.

* Support project teams to delivery Right First Time, on time and to budget.

* Support project teams during internal and external quality audits.

* Assist in undertaking root cause analysis for any internal non-conformance issues raised.

* Support and develop continuous improvement initiatives to optimise quality control and internal processes.

* Prepare Quality Plans and Inspection and Test Plans as required.

* Be involved in the analysing data and generating reports when required.

* Undertake site-based inspections in line with the company’s Quality Assurance Plans.

* Keep up to date with all aspects of relevant health, safety & welfare at work legislation and communicate relevant changes to the business.

Essential Criteria

* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.

* Strong IT skills, including Excel, data analysis tools. (Visio and Process Mapping software beneficial.)

* Ability to work on your own and the skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

* A drive to work in Quality Assurance / Quality Control.

* A degree in an Engineering or Science related subject would be desirable.
