Job Description

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager to join our Supported Living services based in Borehamwood. The position is permanent and full time (37.5 hours per week)

We are looking to recruit a passionate, committed and enthusiastic Service Manager. You will be accountable for people management and development within the staff team. This is a key role in guaranteeing the quality of our service delivery. You will be self-motivated and have a passion for positive change and the confidence to make difficult decisions under pressure. Having strong interpersonal skills will be essential for this role with the ability to build effective relationships with staff and the people we support.to deliver vital lead a team to provide a customer-focussed, high quality service to people with a learning disability and their families.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that the service is fully compliant
Practice Management and leadership
Observing staff to ensure high standards are continuously met
Ensure all Health & Safety regulations are met
Liaising with the families and other stakeholders of the people we support
Ensuring the continuous development of the team.
You must be competent in using IT.
