Many of the schools we work with are looking for SEND Learning Support Assistants to provide 1 to 1 student support to students with additional needs, as well as providing wider classroom support. The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:

A level 2 or 3 in a relevant subject (desirable).
Experience of supporting SEND students on a 121 basis.
An inclusive and patient approach to student learning and development.
