Adecco are hiring for our prestigious American technology client - one of the worlds largest aerospace and defence companies.

Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Banbury

Duration: 6 Months

Pay: £14.55 p/h - Night shift premium of 26.5% would take up to £18.41ph - Initially training on double days which would be £16.66ph.

Hours: Double day shifts are 6am - 14.00pm / 14.00pm - 10.00pm

The Role:

Perform general assembly operations within a highly process contained facility producing internal parts for the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities:

Adhere to process at all times
Able to follow Standard Operating Procedures
Ensure high level of 7S Workplace organisation within the manufacturing cell
Operate machinery within the manufacturing cellSkills and Experience:

Good communication skills
CNC Experience - Desirable
TPM procedures
Assembly and manufacturing experience - essential
Adherence to process and procedures - essential
Awareness of continuous improvement activities
