Catering Assistants - Grangemouth in Grangemouth - CV-Library

PRS are seeking to recruit contract cover Front of House / Catering general Assistants based in Grangemouth.  Hours of work are based on working Monday to Sunday – variable shifts available working days and nights. Bonuses apply together with shift attendance allowance together with uplifted rates for weekends.  Start date 10.06.24 to 19.07.24
 
All successful candidates will be required to undergo Drug and Alcohol testing prior to undertaking work.
 
Job Specification:
Assistants are required to be flexible according to business requirements.  
Serve food and beverages to customers following prescribed methods of portioning, presentation, and combinations in line with brand standards and answer questions about the products.
Perform basic cold food preparation.
Clean back of house areas, crockery and cutlery using equipment when trained to do so
Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards identified during the course of the work.
Follows food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements.
Undertake relevant training as required.
 
Qualifications
Food Hygiene Certificate – Level 2 - desirable.
 
Experience
1-2 years’ experience in a food services or retail environment desirable
