Multiskilled Operative (Greatworth, Banbury) – Fulltime

A chance to work on the largest Infrastructure project in the UK, spanning over the next 8-10 years

Long term work available for the right candidates with the correct cards and tickets and want a stable job and income for the foreseeable future.

On Offer:

* Rate of £16.98 per hour - first 39 hours

* Rate of £25.47 per hour - final 11 hours

* Rate of £18.85 per hour - average across 50 hours

* Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)

* Lodge or Mileage paid depending on distance (Relevant Documentation must be provided i.e. Proof of Address, Tenancy Agreement)

Overtime When Available:

* Saturday – First 4 hours’ time & a half – after 4 hours double time

* Sunday – Double time

Candidates must have:

* Full understanding of duties required for Construction Works.

* Full understanding of duties required for Groundworks.

* Good understanding of Concrete associated works.

* Capable of working to instruction with minimal explanation.

* Ability to work with others.

* Provide assistance to chargehand and other tradesman.

* CSCS Card Blue (Skilled Worker)

* Manual handling

* Knowledge of multiple trades.

* Abrasive wheels.

* Working at height, lanyards

Preferred

* CSCS Gold Card

* IPAF

* PASMA
