Excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join a reputable and bespoke residential developer in a role offering a good variety of individualistic projects in a hands on, collaborative role with exposure to all stages of construction alongside a generous salary.

On offer is the chance to work with an innovative developer in a role offering full exposure of projects from inception to completion in a collaborative environment working with various internal and external teams to deliver high quality products.

This well-established business specialise in bespoke residential developments operating across the region on a range of individualistic projects. Having been established for over 20 years they hold a strong reputation in the industry and are looking to continue offering a high quality product. They are currently looking for a motivated Architectural Technician to join the team.

In this role you will be based from the open plan office near Maidstone where you will work closely with the in house architect and various other internal teams on a range of bespoke residential projects. You will be responsible for creating stage 4 drawings, submitting for building control approval and making further amendment. You will also work alongside the planners and various teams to discharge planning conditions and overcome any planning or design changes. You will work from the office but go out to sites on a weekly/biweekly basis. This is a hands on role with a large amount of involvement from start to finish.

This is suited to an Architectural Technician with CAD proficiency and understanding of building control legislation and requirements within design who is self-driven and looking to be hands on in interesting projects from inception to delivery. A full UK Licence is required.
