Must have: Clean Driving Licence & experience working with tenanted social housing properties

Permanent position with an immediate start available

Monday - Friday - 42.5 hours per week, with some overtime/call out required also.

My client are a leading Social Housing Contractor, with a great reputation who offer great benefits and security of work for their employees.

The Contractor are working on a long term framework with a Local Authority, providing reactive maintenance services to tenanted properties across the West Lancashire region, alongside some void work and occasional planned refurbishment projects.

They are recruiting for experienced and hard working Multi Skilled Operatives to join them on a permanent basis.
Type of work will largely be reactive maintenance to tenanted properties, with some planned and void work also.
It's essential you have experience of working closely with residents and within people's homes. You must be a minimum of NVQ Level 2 qualified (ideally Level 3) or equivalent in an appropriate trade.
