With a competitive starting salary range of £24,000.00 - £32,000.00, including uncapped commission, this permanent role offers autonomy, career progression, and the potential to earn equity in our well-respected business.

No two days are the same in this exciting role. You'll cover a diverse range of sectors, providing a full 360-degree consultative service to clients and candidates.
Conduct candidate screening and cultivate strong, positive relationships.
Sales, cold calling, client engagement and identifying new potential partnerships.
Developing and maintaining partnerships with both clients and candidates. Attributes For Success:
Proven track record in business development and sales.
Building relationships with senior business leaders.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written as well IT literacy.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet changing requirements with a positive approach.
Strong networking skills, both face-to-face and through digital platforms including LinkedIn.
Prior recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential – we will provide training for the right candidate with a passion for  business and recruitment. What We're Looking For:

Experience using LinkedIn to expand client portfolios is highly desirable. Benefits:

Starting salary: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 including OTE uncapped commission, based on a flexible 30 - 40 hours per week. 
Company pension.
Working from home, with weekly coworking in Ludlow with Director.
