Job Title: Compliance Officer

Location: Redditch

Salary: £27,000 per annum

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Perfect Personnel are proud to be working alongside a well-established, family run business in Redditch. They are currently seeking an experience Compliance Manager to manage the overall accountability for Health & Safety Compliance and Quality Control of the Factory. You will need to have experience with compliance/audit and ISO-9001 – this is essential to go forward in this position.

Your main duties:

• Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety Policy, process, and ways of working.

• Ensuring quality is maintained throughout production and installation

• Managing the ISO: 9001 system and audits.

• Implementation / adherence of ISO:14001, BS 1090-2 and Construction Line Gold

Previous skills/experience:

• Experience in a compliance/audit role/ ISO-9001. (all essential)

• Experience of ISO-14001 administration and BS1090-2 is preferred but not essential.

• Experience in Constructionline Gold preferred but not essential

• Supervisory/Team Leader experience in any sector.

• Proficient with Microsoft packages

• Must be organised and able to work well individually

• Self motivated
