Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a well respected window and door company who are looking to recruit an experienced window and door service engineer to join their team.

Our client, has been successfully installing domestic, upvc & alumnium windows and doors for over 30 years, they are known for their excellent installations and outstanding customer experience.

The right candidate will have current or recent experience working as a Service Engineer ideally on domestic windows and doors. We would also consider an experienced fitter who is looking to come off the tools.

The role:

* Travelling to customer’s homes to complete installation repair jobs to a high standard

* Ensuring any parts or remedial works required are clearly and accurately stated,

* Reporting any difficulties and service updates to the Installations Department,

* Keeping records of work carried out,

* Carrying out works to the highest standards of workmanship,

* Delivering exceptional customer service.

The candidate:

* Previous or current experience working with upvc and aluminium window and door products

* Outstanding attention to detail

* Be reliable and punctual

* Have excellent customer service skills

* Be computer literate

* Have a full, clean UK driving license

* Must currently reside in the UK
