As a Nursery Nurse specializing in personal care, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the formative experiences of their little ones. From assisting with personal care routines to leading engaging activities, you’ll create a nurturing environment where each child can thrive and flourish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with educators and team members to cultivate an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Offer compassionate assistance with personal care tasks such as feeding, toileting, and dressing, ensuring the dignity and comfort of each child is upheld.
• Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development through tailored activities and meaningful interactions.
• Forge strong bonds with children and their families, fostering transparent communication and collaboration in their educational journey.
• Maintain a hygienic, well-organized, and safe classroom environment, prioritizing the well-being of all children.

Requirements:

Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time

Salary: Daily Rate £85-£95

Type: Full Time, Long Term

• Enthusiastic about early childhood education, dedicated to making a positive impact on young lives.
• Previous experience working with toddlers and preschoolers, ideally within a nursery or early years setting.
• Demonstrates empathy, patience, and sensitivity in supporting children with personal care needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at fostering connections with children, families, and colleagues alike.
• Committed to ongoing professional growth and development within the field of early childhood education.
