We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist or Medical Director to join an established hospital based in East London. The successful clinician will join a highly experienced team and Lead the management and development of the hospital.
The successful candidate alongside being Medical Director will be the responsible clinician for an 18 bedded Female Personality Disorder ward.
Salary: £165,000 per annum
Responsibilities:
Lead on all aspects of clinical practice & serve as an example of operational excellence
Ensure optimal clinical outcomes for the people in our care
Provide expert knowledge & support within the service & to the wider team
Ensure quality & compliance with internal & external standards & regulations
Work with colleagues to provide integrated, whole person treatment & care
Coach, mentor & train colleagues
Participate in 1:6 Second On call Rota
