Are you looking to become an integral part of Newport City Homes' future ambitions, including the continuous improvement in our asset management function?
We are really exciting to be expanding our project surveyor team and have two great opportunities. We are looking for project surveyors with experience in M&E and/or Refurbishment for some fantastic projects such as; lift replacements, EWI, rewires and more!
We are also at an exciting part of our journey, where we are exploring a merger with Melin Homes. This is a great time to join us as we develop these opportunities for our customers, communities, and colleagues.
About the vacancy:
Deliver property investment, refurbishment and improvement programmes across the NCH portfolio with a clear focus on providing contract management that delivers value for money and safe delivery of works
Provide site based inspection and supervision of contractors working under contract, including assessment of quality, compliance with contract conditions and safe working practises.
Be professionally accountable for managing a wide range of projects including monitoring compliance with contract conditions, making payments and dealing with contract disputes.
