Vacancy: Stock Condition Surveyor

Salary: £37,818.26
Are you looking to become an integral part of Newport City Homes' future ambitions, including the continuous improvement in our asset management function?
In this role, you'll asssess property condition data against agreed criteria to assist in the refurbishment and improvement programmes across the NCH portfolio. Maintain the Stock Condition database with a clear focus on energy performance, WHQS and FFHH criteria.
Estimate the remaining life of building elements and capture data on the Asset Database ensuring consistent methodologies are used.
Monitor asbestos condition within properties and ensure that instances of high risk asbestos deterioration is reported and actioned immediately.
Ensure property repairs are identified during surveys and ensure that they are reported or being actioned.
