Technical Service Manager for Fit-Out Division at Tier One Contractor
Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering excellence in fit-out projects? We're seeking a talented Technical Service Manager to join our prestigious fit-out division at a leading Tier One Contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical service operations within our fit-out division, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of technical services for fit-out projects, from inception to completion.
Collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure seamless integration of technical services into fit-out projects.
Provide expert guidance and support on technical matters, including building systems, MEP installations, and regulatory compliance.
Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement activities for technical services, optimizing project outcomes and efficiencies.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance technical service delivery and project performance.
Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning within the technical service team.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in technical service management within the fit-out sector, ideally with a Tier One Contractor.
Strong knowledge of building systems, MEP installations, and technical aspects of fit-out projects.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and motivate teams.
Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in fit-out projects.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction management, or a related field are advantageous.
