Join a leading building materials company as a Supervisor in Naunton. Our client continues to grow every year and is expanding their team with some excellent long term career and progression opportunities available.
Shift:
7am till 5pm- Mon to Fri
Pay rate:
£34-38k annually
What you will do:
To comply at all times with Health and Safety rules and procedure.
To oversee and manage the smooth running of the production process on a daily basis.
To organise your team according to skills to meet production targets within desired timescales
and within product specification, minimising waste.
To ensure individuals are working optimally in order meet safety standards and daily production
requirements
What are we looking for:
Experience in a high output production environment.
Experience in problem solving to achieve production goals
Good management skills
Communication skills at all levels
Understand and manage H&S
This is a full-time opportunity with an immediate start.
