Behavioural Support Assistant

We at Vision for Education are actively recruiting for individuals who have a passion and experience in supporting pupils with SEBD (Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties).

The role would have the right person working on a 1:1 basis with a pupil who would be struggling with their learning and needing that extra support throughout their school experience.

The school are looking for individuals who would not be phased by potential escalations in the classroom as due to the nature of the pupils and the backgrounds they often come from, that would be a possibility.

Ideally you would have experience in working with primary and secondary aged pupils, but we do welcome applicants who are passionate and have an interest in working within this area of education.
