Events Admin Assistant
Location – Broadstairs, Kent
Salary - £23,500 to £25,000 per annum

Are you looking for an exciting new role working within a specialist company, providing professional event support and management to not-for-profit organisations? We have the perfect opportunity available for a confident individual to join our client based in Broadstairs as an Events Admin Assistant, offering social hours of Monday to Friday 9 am-5 pm and hybrid working.
Responsibilities
* Support in setting up registration for multiple events
* Respond to registration queries/activities
* Responsible for processing group registrations for events
* Assist with the monitoring of registrations and resolve or escalate queries as necessary
* Record and monitor Workshop registrations
* Issue and process visa and invitation letters
* Monitor and record registration changes
* Support in the production of name badges for multiple events
* Provide support as required to process exhibitor/sponsor registrations
* Send conference dinner invitation emails and record responses
* Responsible for monitoring and responding to multiple email inboxes
* Support in the creation and adherence to App timelines
* Support in the uploading of users and attendees to the App
* Responsible for collating, preparing, and uploading all archive content to the website
* Ensure spreadsheets are maintained and naming conventions are followed
* Create attendee feedback surveys
* Collate and share survey results with the wider team
* Other duties as deemed reasonable
Skills and Experience
* Previous office experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for providing outstanding support to event attendees
* Able to work as part of a small team
* Enthusiastic and thrives in a fast-paced, yet fun environment
