Role Title: Warehouse / Production Team Leader
Company: Leading Logistics / Manufacturing Business
Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire
Working Pattern: Typically, Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 16:30pm
Are you a dynamic Warehouse / Production Team Leader looking to make a significant impact at a flagship operation in Loughborough, Leicestershire working for a leading warehouse, logistics & manufacturing provider?
The Company:
Loom Talent Limited have been exclusively appointed by a rapidly growing logistics business, based in Loughborough to help support a key operation within their UK wide network.
Our client is committed to maintaining the highest standards of service, safety, and overall operational efficiency, with an enjoyable day to day working culture.
Whilst flexibility will be required, the typical working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 16:30pm.
The Role:
* People-Centric Leadership: Lead and inspire a dedicated team to reach their full potential. Your focus on the well-being and development of your staff will be the cornerstone of success whilst having a continuous improvement mindset.
* Health & Safety: Uphold rigorous health and safety standards, fostering a culture of safety awareness throughout the warehouse and distribution arm of the business.
* Performance Metrics: Continue to evolve the organisational approach to KPI’s, whilst ensuring existing and new site standardisation.
* Process Optimisation: Continuously work to identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve productivity while ensuring quality and accuracy.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the seamless flow of goods from the warehouse to the end customer.
The Candidate:
* Have a Logistics Distribution, Supply Chain or Production background - Essential.
* Have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience at a Warehouse or Production Team Leader / Supervisor level - Essential.
* Have managed teams in excess of 5-10+ employees through managerial reports - Essential.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft products, along with WMS / ERP systems - Advantageous.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Essential.
* Commutable to Loughborough 5 days per week - Essential.
The Package:
* Salary - £22,000 to £25,000 – Depending on experience.
* Company Bonus.
