Duties

As the Registered Manager you will oversee the day-to-day operations of this Residential Home for Younger Adults aged 19+ and making a difference to their lives. The home is quite small and very homely and offers supported living and a learning environment for the young people. You will be focussed on compliance and up to date with relevant legislation, but most of all an inspirational leader of people.

Criteria

* Qualified to Level 5 Diploma Health & Social Care or willing to work towards.

* A minimum Diploma of Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.

* Experience of working in a CQC Registered Home.

* Excellent supervisory and management experience.

* Proven experience of working with Adults with Learning Disabilities.
