Payroll & Pensions Manager in Helwith Bridge - CV-Library

Antony James Recruitment Ltd are delighted to be working with an Independent Regulator in recruiting a Payroll and Pensions Manager. In this highly flexible role you will be based at their Docklands HQ up to 2 days a week and will oversee the Payroll and Pensions function.

Main Duties

* Prepare and manage monthly payroll for approximately 300 employees.
* Oversee administration of NHS and Standard Life pension schemes.
* Enhance and ensure efficient delivery of payroll and pension services.
* Maintain effective relationships with service providers, internal audit, finance, and HMRC.
* Manage payroll system integration and improvements alongside the HR Systems and Services Manager.
Must Have's

Deep knowledge of UK payroll and benefits, including understanding of tax, National Insurance, and pension scheme administration.
Experience with payroll systems to meet HMRC reporting requirements.
Strong skills in process improvement and customer service.
Knowledge of data protection and GDPR regulations.Benefits
