Position Overview:

As an Engineering Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating engineering projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources effectively, and ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Your expertise in project management and engineering principles will be essential in driving the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with engineering, design, and production teams to develop project schedules, considering resource availability, project scope, and deadlines.
Create detailed project plans, including task breakdowns, time lines, and resource requirements.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Utilise project management tools and software to track project metrics, analyse data, and generate reports for stakeholders.
Continuously improve planning processes and procedures to enhance project efficiency and quality.
Provide regular updates and communicate effectively with project teams and management to ensure alignment with project goals.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
Proven experience in engineering planning or project management, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
