£25,000 per annum, OTE upto £29,500.

Office Hours, Monday to Friday (office based)

Job Responsibilities:

The main function of the Internal Account Mananger is to support the Sales function of the business by overseeing a portfolio of customer accounts. This is a very diverse role, which requires the successful candidate to establish and build long lasting relationships with customers through providing excellent customer service, to ensure ongoing business continuity.

The successful candidate will also be instrumental in canvassing and revisiting “lapsed/dormant” accounts to reestablish business relationships and increase business revenue.

* Be the main point of contact for your customers by building relationships to determine customer’s needs, expectations, limitations, and requirements for the purpose of providing customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and customer growth.

* Generate new and dormant business opportunities.

* Up and cross sell other product ranges to customer.

* Forecasting accounts, where possible, and track account spend.

* Take and processing customer orders.

* Be able to actively plan and structure workload.

* Be able to look after you own accounts and help with workload when necessary.

* Actively participate in company training / development programs

* Understand and adhere to corporate policies & procedures.

* Always present a professional image to customers, vendors, and other departments.

* Participate in special projects and/or provide support to project teams regarding improvements or changes to existing programs or implementation of new programs.

* Proactively provide and communicate process & system improvement needs.

* Actively communicate and work with the entire team to ensure a cohesive and productive environment.

* Admin duties.

* Understand and follow Quality Management System

* Update information on the companies CRM system.

Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:

* Previous experience working within a sales or business development background is essential for the role.

* Previous experience within a customer service or account management role or environment is essential for the role.

* Previous CRM experience is desirable.

* Must be proficient using MS package, (word, excel, powerpoint).

* Must be a strong communicator who is able to build relationships at various levels.

* Strong written and oral communication skills.

* Must be able to plan, organise and manage own workload.

* Must be able to work towards defined goals and objectives.
