Are you ready to lead in the world of packaging production? Manpower Print & Packaging Division are excited to bring some new opportunities to market for one of our prestigious Global Partners. We are on the lookout for dedicated, hands-on Shift Managers to join their existing team based in Sutton in Ashfield, working a double day shift, you will be instrumental in supporting Production Department Managers to conquer challenges and elevate operational standards.

You will be joining a site that is one of its kind, that has had and continues to receive lots of investment, both in its equipment (automation), site working environment, diverse customer engagement/product range (sustainable pipeline), their people; training/upskilling/personal development and their well-being. A site that has designated SAFE 'coffee corners' on the shop floor to encourage brainstorming between peers/ team members on shift and welcomes new ideas!

Key Responsibilities:

🔍 Root Cause Analysis: Delve deep into the production lines to uncover core issues and implement impactful solutions.

🛠️ Problem Solving: Lead initiatives to slash downtime and boost productivity through innovative problem-solving approaches.

📉 Quality Improvement: Spearhead initiatives to minimise spoilage and external customer complaints, championing proactive quality enhancements.

Requirements:
