EXPERIENCE: Waste Sales Executive – Total Waste Management

SALARY: £50,000 plus commission, Car Allowance

LOCATION: East Midlands - Nottingham, Derby, Leicester

POSSIBLE ROLES: TWM Business Development Executive, Facilities Management Sales Executive, Industrial Services Sales Manager, Hazardous Waste Management Technical Sales Manager, Total Waste Management Business Development Manager, Facilities Management Sales Manager, Senior Sales Executive

ROLE: Business Development Manager – Total Waste Management Sales Executive

As a seasoned professional, your primary goal is to effectively manage comprehensive waste management service contracts, ensuring profitability. This entails overseeing end-to-end waste collection services, potentially including on-site operations and the provision of capital equipment to various industries and manufacturing sectors.

Your responsibilities will include initiating cold calls, generating leads, and actively pursuing inquiries, while also engaging in tendering processes to maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Additionally, you may be required to deliver impactful presentations, provide consultations, and deliver solution-driven pitches. While these efforts may require longer lead times, they significantly contribute to establishing stronger and more tailored client relationships.

EXPERIENCE: Business Development Manager – Total Waste Management Sales Executive

Qualifications:

Proven track record of successfully delivering contract revenues exceeding £500k or more in a similar new business capacity, selling Waste Management, Industrial Services, or Facilities Management solutions
Profound understanding of the operational aspects of waste management businesses, along with credibility in front of corporate/large business management teams and their sustainability functions
