* Create other documentation (such as release notes, FAQs, and user manuals) to be part of the product release process.

* Engage with the development team and business stakeholders to ensure relevant documentation is produced.

* Edit and proof-read documentation created by others before publishing.

* Review and maintain existing documentation to ensure it is still correct.

* Develop, introduce, and communicate guidelines for documentation to ensure all technical information is consistent, correct, and professional.

* Represent and understand end-users to ensure product features are clearly communicated.

What we're looking for:

* A positive attitude and outlook, whilst also being determined, enthusiastic and resilient.

* Ability to work with external international clients and 3rd parties in a customer facing business.

* Quick learner within a fast-paced environment.

* Able to work independently with agreed remit and autonomy.

* Highly organised, with experience of working within an agile environment.

* At least a year of demonstrable experience working as a technical author OR demonstratable experience working in a role where technical writing was one of your responsibilities.

* Experience working with software developer audiences.

* The ability to communicate complex technical ideas simply, clearly, and concisely.

* A strong academic background, ideally with a science, engineering, or computer related degree.

* The ability and enthusiasm to learn new cutting-edge technology.

* Strong investigative and analytical skills, with an attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What we offer:

* Competitive salary and benefits package

* Opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects in a fast-growing industry

* Supportive and collaborative work environment with a strong focus on learning and development

* The chance to be mentored by experienced technical writing professionals

* Work for a company that values its employees and makes a positive impact

Do you have a knack for making complex information clear and accessible? If you're eager to learn and contribute to the success of our innovative payment solutions, we want to hear from you!
