Astute's Renewables team is partnering with a renewable energy provider with a commitment to professional development and sustainability to recruit a Graduate Electrical Engineer to cover their anaerobic digestion assets in Scotland.

The Graduate Electrical Engineer role comes with a salary of up to £31,000 with genuine growth and development opportunity.

Responsibilities and duties

Reporting to the Senior Electrical Engineer you will:

* Be involved in the preparation of electrical and instrumentation schedules
* Focussing on project implementation, you will support with the tendering, installation and pre commissioning processes
* Be involved in the commissioning phases or projects, supporting the Project Engineers
* Manage process improvement from project inception to completion, with support from more senior members of staff in the initial employment period
* Help to encourage a positive and safety related environment
* Ensure install and project work is carried out as per P and ID / P&IDs
* Other duties as required

Professional qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

* Degree in Electrical and/or Instrumentation Engineering
* Any knowledge of modules completed around waste processing, anaerobic digestion or something related would be an advantage
* UK driving licence
* Excellent IT skills
