A leading family feel, Hard FM contractor with over 70 engineers, currently has a key requirement for a Lead Building Services Engineer for commercial offices between Reading and London. Covering general M&E tasks, including water temp monitoring, emergency light testing, lamping, small plumbing repairs and other reactive work. Paid up to £44,000 + van + package

As a Lead Building Services Engineer, you will be: -

Lead Building Services Engineer will cover service and Maintenance of BMS front end systems
Lead Building Services Engineer will carry out regular PPM's on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
Lead Building Services Engineer will complete breakdowns on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
Lead Building Services Engineer will fault find and repair Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
Lead Building Services Engineer will spend 2 days covering maintenance tasks in Reading and 3 days overseeing other sites
Lead Building Services Engineer will be paid up to £44,000 depending on experience and what travel package you chooseRequirements for the Lead Building Services Engineer: -

Lead Building Services Engineer will complete RAMS
Lead Building Services Engineer to have experience in PPM's on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
